Terms of Service — Transfer Oracle

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Transfer Oracle API and related services ("Service") provided by Droidtech 42 AI Labs AB, operating as Transfer Oracle, organisation number 559534-0745, registered in Sweden ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Transfer Oracle provides structural AI model auditing via API. The Service analyses feature vectors you submit and returns structural quality assessments. We do not receive, store, or process your model weights, training data, or personally identifiable information from your datasets.

3. API Keys and Access

You are responsible for safeguarding your API key. Do not share your API key publicly or embed it in client-side code. We are not liable for unauthorised use resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Credits and Billing

API usage is metered in credits. Each API operation consumes a defined number of credits. Monthly credit allowances are determined by your subscription tier. Unused credits do not roll over unless otherwise specified in your subscription terms.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your API key will be suspended.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer the Service or its algorithms
Share API keys with unauthorised parties
Use the Service to process illegal content
Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage controls
Resell API access without a reseller agreement

6. Data Processing

Feature vectors submitted to the API are processed in EU (Hetzner, Germany). We process your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for details.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to data you submit. We retain all rights to the Service, its algorithms, and audit methodologies. Audit results are yours to use without restriction.

Community plugins published on GitHub under the MPL-2.0 license are governed by that license, not these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on audit results. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing to use the API.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
