Every team deploying ML models needs to prove their model still works after quantization, fine-tuning, or distillation. Today that’s manual and ad-hoc. We built an API that does it structurally, with signed certificates. The product is live — 71+ API endpoints, 9 open-source plugins, Stripe billing operational.

The market is $6-10B (MLOps + model validation + AI governance) and regulation is creating non-optional demand. Competitors have been acquired by Cisco and Apple. We’re raising a pre-seed round to go from live product to enterprise GTM.

What Makes This Different

Product is built. 71+ live API endpoints, not a prototype. You’re joining to scale, not to start from scratch.

The Role:

Own go-to-market for Transfer Oracle. Sell to regulated industries (fintech, healthcare, automotive) facing the EU AI Act deadline. Handle investor relations, customer development, and pricing strategy. The tech is built — we need someone to take it to market.

You’re Probably:

Technical enough to understand ML infrastructure and talk to engineering teams (but you don’t write code)
Sales-savvy with B2B SaaS or developer tools experience — you know how to close deals with compliance teams
Regulatory-aware — EU AI Act, FDA, NIST aren’t just acronyms to you
A hustler — scrappy, resourceful, can figure things out when there’s no playbook
A good communicator — pitching investors, writing updates, building partnerships

ML Infrastructure Engineer

What You’ll Work On:

Extend the Growt API — new audit methods, performance optimization, scaling for enterprise workloads. Build structural verification algorithms. Improve the plugin ecosystem. Work with real ML models across quantization, distillation, and fine-tuning workflows.

Tech Stack:

Python, NumPy, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker
Structural analysis (SVD, topology, nearest-neighbor probes)
NVIDIA ModelOpt, NeMo, Triton, TensorRT integrations
MLflow plugin development

You’re Probably:

3+ years building ML infrastructure or MLOps tooling
Comfortable with NumPy, linear algebra, and statistical methods
Good at API design and thinking about scale
Interested in model verification, drift detection, or compliance
Self-directed — you don’t need micromanaging, you need context

Developer Advocate

What You’ll Work On:

Grow the Transfer Oracle plugin ecosystem. Speak at conferences (GTC, MLOps World, AI regulatory events). Write tutorials, create demo content, engage with the NVIDIA and MLflow communities. Convert free-tier users to paid customers through education and community building.

You’re Probably:

Comfortable speaking at conferences and creating technical content
Hands-on with Python, ML frameworks, and developer tooling
Active in ML/AI communities (Twitter/X, Discord, GitHub)
Understand developer marketing — you know the difference between hype and value
Excited about model safety, compliance, and the regulatory landscape
